FAQ

Find answers to common questions about our programs, fees, and more!

Why do you collect a deposit?

The deposit secures your child’s space in the centre. It is refundable or can offset the last month’s fees if a full calendar month’s notice (1st to 31st) is given. Mid-month or partial notices are not accepted.

How often will we get progress updates from the teachers?

We encourage open communication and invite parents to schedule appointments with teachers anytime. Official parent-teacher meetings are held twice a year, and teachers will proactively share updates, concerns, or feedback as needed.

How fast should I expect to see progress?

Progress depends on each child’s unique learning pace. Our tailored programmes ensure that every child is supported according to their abilities and growth trajectory.

Are there any holidays or term breaks?

We remain open during school holidays and do not have term breaks. However, we close on government-gazetted public holidays, with no replacement lessons or fee prorations for those days.

Will I get a replacement lesson if my child misses school?

Yes, a flexible replacement lesson scheme is available for valid reasons such as medical issues or travel, subject to availability.

At what age can my child start phonics?

Your child can start phonics as early as 2.5 years old.

What programmes do you offer?

We provide engaging play-based literacy and numeracy classes designed to make learning enjoyable and effective.

Where are you located?

We are at Woods Square (Woodlands) and Yo:Ha (Tampines). An exciting new space at 130 Jurong Gateway will open in January 2025!

How long does my child need to attend the programme?

The duration depends on your child’s starting level and individual progress. Our approach ensures a personalised learning journey.
